What stays on your device
The app saves your learning progress on your iPhone or iPad: the language you picked, the words you’ve folded into My Book, and your practice history and review schedule.
The home-screen widget reads the same progress. The app shares it with the widget through an app group, which is storage on your device that only EastLanguage and its widget can open. It doesn’t leave your device.
We, Kebzi Haus, can’t see any of it. It isn’t sent to us or to anyone else.
Permissions and why
EastLanguage 1.0 doesn’t ask for access to your microphone, camera, photos, contacts or location.
Purchases
EastLanguage 1.0 is free and has no in-app purchases. If we add optional purchases later, Apple will handle payment and we’ll update this policy before they arrive.
Third parties and network
The released app makes no network connections. It contains no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, so there’s nothing for a third party to receive.
Apple runs the App Store and your device. If you back up your device with iCloud or a computer, the backup may include the app’s data, under your own backup settings and Apple’s privacy policy.
Children
EastLanguage is suitable for a general audience. It isn’t directed specifically at children under 13. It collects no data from anyone, of any age.
Your choices
To erase everything EastLanguage has stored, delete the app: press and hold its icon, then tap Remove App and Delete App. This deletes your progress and the widget’s copy of it. Because we hold no data about you, there’s nothing for us to delete or export on request.

This site uses no cookies and no analytics.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a future version of the app works differently, for example by using the network, we’ll say so here before it ships.
